Bio

Nikita Khandwala is a writer and educator who has lived and worked across Argentina, Chile, Japan, the UK and Ireland. Nikita believes in our collective ability to transmit wisdom and imagine alternative realities. She designs spaces and institutions that bring people together across disciplines, generations and cultures to co-create a radically different future. Her interdisciplinary practice spans linguistics, cognitive science, and urban development.

Previously, Nikita crafted data-driven stories about learning at LinkedIn, developed interdisciplinary institutions in London and Tokyo, and taught generalists how to build high-agency careers at Generalist World. She is also a former entrepreneur, having launched a recruitment startup backed by Founders Forum Group.

A University of Oxford graduate, Nikita is currently reading a Master’s at the London Interdisciplinary School, where she is researching the extent to which deliberately curated difference affects how people engage with worldviews unlike their own.
